• 09:30 - Meet at Wingfields Rec, Highcliffe (BH23 4NL) Warm up and see or join the Hawks set off on first leg of the continual Mark’s Marathon!

• 10:15 – Meet at Cliffhanger, Highcliffe (BH23 5JA) for the arrival of Hawks and 1ST swap of the baton.  Tigers and friends (Austen’s team) will set off for first “2 mile loop”.

PLEASE wear a MM STICKER (collect from a volunteer), you are welcome to join at any time or point throughout the day - Mark’s collective Marathon.

Collective marker points for you all to record your own loops of Marks’ Marathon.  Let’s see how many we can achieve together! Join Marks Family and Friends x 

Keep Going! Join in any of the Baton loops or do your own thing! Walk the dog, run a mile or two, jog or CLAP and cheer others on the route! JUST share a high five with fellow MM’s 

• 15:30 – WELL DONE!! We’ve nearly completed it! Once 10 full loops at the beach are complete, follow the team back to Wingfield’s Rec in the last few miles!

• 16:00 FINISH!! CELEBRATE TOGETHERNESS and EAT cake!
